Holiday Pinegate

I moved into the Pinegate facility at the end of May 2021! My experience there was very uplifting, warming and overall enlightening! I give the facility a five-star rating! I used to be an introvert by nature. I was more less reserved in my personality and didn't know how to socialize! Living at Pine gate brought me out of my shell and turned me into a person who thrives in community and due to my experience I have become an outgoing and emotionally balanced person! I thank Pinegate! The staff have always been very courteous, kind and very Hands-On in their approach in running the facility! The late Ms Rebecca Mickler was outstanding as a General manager, she played a huge part in molding me into the person I have become! Pinegate Senior Living truly stands out as a caring and welcoming community. The environment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel at home. What really makes Pinegate special, though, is the staff. I want to give an honorable mention to Jasmine Jackson, she is absolutely awesome. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make a noticeable difference every single day. She goes above and beyond to ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, and it does not go unnoticed. I must say everytime I visit I’m very satisfied. I ran into the sweet activity coordinator Korena and I must say she’s doing an amazing job with the residents. Every one was happy and engaging with her . She was smiling and laughing while doing her job. Thanks Korena for keeping my grandmother happy
