Hollywood Collision

Came here on recommendation. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Rose was nice enough but I had to come back after the wrong light was put in my car. The light was installed but now I’m looking at my bumper and somehow it is not even installed correctly. And my Emblem FELL off of my car! The emblem is supposed to be screwed in and it wasn’t. This ended up costing me more money to replace it. Just sloppy work, the mechanics there are incompetent and it seems the cars aren’t checked before they go out. Beware. Pictures posted for proof. Editing to add something else to this list that wasnt fixed correctly.

I LOVE this body shop. They all are friendly and will keep open communication while your car is there. They are trustworthy. ROSE is the BEST!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need and deserve. She contacts and have the rental company and have your ride ready before your arrival and deals with the insurance company and their nonsense.

This shop was so patient with me and provided me the best service. They turned my car back to its original look. This shop is all that!! Thanks to Vanessa for her artwork and Rose for her amazing courtesy. Thanks Hollywood Collision team! 🥰

100/10!!! If I could rate using every star in the galaxy, I surely would! HIGHLY recommend. I love how evident everyone’s love is for what they do, and the love they simply have for you as their customer/client at Hollywood Collisions. From claim guidance to the moment I drove off their lot, I was shown consideration, understanding, patience, and compassion. There’s NO other body shop I’d trust. This is my second time needing their services and it seems the experience gets better each time. The first time someone attempted to steal my car by busting open my steering column, shattering my rear window and dinged up my passenger door; and in less than 2 mths I got my car back better than it was when i first got it off the dealership lot! My car was hit while parked and boy at that moment was I devastated but thanks to Rose all weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I dropped my car off and received red carpet service. Rental was set for me, insurance company was handled for me man this is the BEST shop to go too! If you’re ever into any accidents I highly recommend Hollywood. My girls Rose and Vanessa will get you right everytime thanks ladies!
