Wow ! What a service !!! Came here to get a smog check and they were nice and prompt! Took less than 15 mins also I had a break light out on left side and he took a look and and fixed it in 3 mins replacing a bulb !!! No charge !!!! No place does nothing for free these days !!! That time again to get my old car smog checked. This is my first time at Hollywood Auto and I was super pleased. It cost me less than 40 dollars and took them 15 minutes. I was in and out so fast. They were super nice to me and did not try to rip me off as some do to women with an older car and say it need this and that when I know it is fine. I take excellent care of it. I will be back. Just asked the problem with the car and they said I’m not teaching you. As I’m paying I just wanted to know the exact part for the issue for the future of my car and they willing to not share the problem and asking to pay me. I told them isn’t it fair to just ask the problem but they replied with I don’t want to do it anymore so it ended up not finishing it. I’ve never had such a bad service before. Okay there might have been a miscommunication then. First, I never asked you to teach me how to fix it. I was willing to pay and not trying to fish you guys for free fix. I just wanted to ask what is the problem going on while you guys fixing it and me paying for it. I’d think I’d appreciate you more if you could just be more clear about before making a decision to just trying to kick me out u
