Hollywood Towing

FANTASTIC! Professional & Prompt! My sprinter van broke down about 5:30 PM, and I needed a flatbed to tow it. Hollywood towing, and James the driver, and I think they’re dispatcher was Theresa, we’re all amazing! It seemed they almost reacted to getting a tow vehicle to my car in the same manner that a dispatcher and first responders would respond to a critical scene!. There was a real sense of urgency in the coordination among dispatch and driver with me to get the rescue tow to me promptly. And they did! Just 37 minutes from when the request came out! And I think that’s pretty darn good for 5:30 in the afternoon.(And it’s dark in the pictures because it’s winter time so it gets dark really soon). Jimmy was phenomenal. Probably best tower I have worked with. He followed meticulous towing protocol and drove very carefully across Arizona. Never felt more reassured with my classic.

I contacted my insurance’s roadside assistance for a lock out (or keys locked in, in my case). They dispatched James from Hollywood Towing, who was at my remote house in North Scottsdale within 40minutes and had my keys back in 5 minutes or less. Great, friendly and fast service!! Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience with Hollywood Towing. They were incredibly helpful, and the tow truck driver (Corey) was exceptionally careful with my car. He was kind and not at all abrasive. He let me have some quiet time to play on my phone but engaged in conversation when I initiated it. Despite the unfortunate situation with my flat tire and messed-up rims, Hollywood Towing made the whole experience much more manageable. Highly recommend their services!
