My partner bought some parts needed for his vehicle and as usual they deliver always the best client service. Kudos to the parts department.

I went there to get a battery for my wife's car keys. She's always with my daughter, so just to be safe. They told me they couldn't get the screw out and basically there is nothing they could do, unless I want to open it and unscrew myself and bring back. I feel as if they kind of dismissed my issue because of the screw. There was almost no effort to try and even attempt on a solution. The response was sort of an "oh well buddy, come back if it breaks more". What get's me is as they were trying to unscrew the key they say "whoever did this made it too tight" and "its your fault." Ironically, this is the only place I have ever taken this EXACT KEY. The last time I was there for a key issue (spare key same car) they gave me the same run-around and were no help. Do not waste your time coming here for help! they do not even try to help you plus the service or part workers have no clue what they are doing honestly, it was a very bad experience and this is the second time.
