They are always quick to get us in in emergencies and never push anything we don't need. As a female I've never felt stupid or taken advantage of here. As a college student who needed a dent repaired on their vehicle, I had to meticulously budget my limited amount of money to ensure my vehicle could be fixed. With an estimated charge of $869.32, I budgeted a 10% differential for the project on my vehicle, which is a total of $956.25 for any unexpected fees or charges I may endure. To my surprise, when I picked up my vehicle, I was charged $1,091.40, 125.50% of what I initially quoted for a single dent on my vehicle. When I asked why I was charged so much compared to my estimate, the staff were extremely rude and told me they needed to take the headlights off of my vehicle to blend out the paint job they were undergoing.
