On 11/22/2025 (Saturday), I received the most Amazing customer service from Terreon(T with the Key) that i wouldnt have expected. He answered questions, made me feel welcomed, and didnt make me feel as if I was just another sales. Came in with a peticular want off their inventory, but left with something more than just a dream. I left with a very big smile,key, and money still in my pockets. Terreon understood what I wanted and fufilled my needs. Low bi-weekly payments. Got insurance with low monthly payments. One of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I put a down payment on a 2020 Chevy Silverado 4WD at Holmes Motor Montgomery, and from the very beginning things felt off. Before I was even allowed to test drive the truck, they made me sign paperwork saying I intended to purchase it. That alone should’ve been a red flag, but I went along with it—and I regret it. The problems started immediately. As soon as I got on the highway after purchasing the truck, it began smoking heavily out of the tailpipe. When I called, I was brushed off and told it was “probably because it had been sitting for a while.” Convenient excuse. The smoking eventually stopped, but that was far from the end of the issues.
