My best friend took her car here. The man at the front was rude and talked down to her after she politely asked for a itemized printout (which he said “they couldn’t do”) with how much each process was going to cost. They also are overpriced. Do not recommend. edit: a print out from the man at the desk. I am sure I have the right place. Every other place prints out th itemized process for the customer. And they actually call when the customers car is done not text.

They were fair, honest, and upfront about everything from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The work was done quickly and correctly, and they took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense. It’s hard to find a shop you can fully trust, but this place definitely earned it. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Holt Automotive! They have replaced 2 transmission for me. Have done a great job, very communicative, straight forward and honest! I highly recommend the gentlemen at Holt Automotive you went be disappointed!

Took my vehicle to Holt Auto Service for maintenance and an inspection on 10/17/25 for a 10/20/25 appt. A text message delay was sent to my phone delaying my service visit by one day. On 10/21/25 my vehicle maintenance bill was paid in full, but not all of my requested and preauthorized maintenance was performed. I found installation errors right away. My transmission dipstick was installed backwards and my rear upper strut mounting nuts were loose causing a squeeking and clunking noise on both brand new struts. I also had a new coolant leak (?) and there was grease all over the carpet in the back cargo area from the rear strut replacements. The vehicle is light beige on light beige so the grease really stood out. The vehicle had a full detail before this service visit and it was all clean

Great service at a good price. Needed a new transmission in my truck. Holt Auto Service first evaluated my vehicle to determine if spending the money for a new transmission was worth it. Then they provided the repairs quickly. Dustan was a big help. Thanks Holt Auto Service.
