Good service when they’re open but this past Saturday, I had a spline go out on my Ferris IS2000Z. Needed a quick replacement. Called and nobody answered the phone but the answering machine stated that the Parts Department was open until noon on Saturday. Great, I thought, because it was only 11:00. Got there about 11:30 only to find that the gates were locked and the place was closed. Not too happy. I seriously have better things to do with my time!

Aggressive employee on a small Black Chevy SUV. I heard him scream racial slurs at a truck driver before going into Holt Truck Centers. Definitely do not recommend this place or the employees. Do not deal with them.

Close to $1,000 later…initially took lawnmower in for tune up and new blades…paid almost $600 for mower to be returned with an oil leak and not running consistently for over 20 minutes….had neither of these issues when it was picked up. Called to get repaired and apparently service guy out for over 4 months. They finally picked it back up to say nothing was wrong and charged close to $300 but miraculously was returned with no oil leak and running normal. Manager was unprofessional and rude! Will NEVER go back, buy another thing from them or refer anyone to them!!

Indicator light came on in my motorhome. Took it in ran a diagnostic and found a DPF code. Found an exhaust manifold leak. They could not find a new manifold so they had the old one machined. Reinstalled new gaskets on manifold and EGR valve. The service depart was outstanding! The service manager Landon and service writer Kimberly kept me updated on the process. The mechanic's did outstanding work! The service department is very professional. Really appreciated the communication between the shop and myself. Highly recommend this shop!

Excellent service - recently purchased a Cub Cadet lawn tractor and Kyrish was a listed agent. I had no idea they covered this type of equipment, but very glad they do. From initial contact, through pre delivery prep and final delivery they were courteous, professional and accurate. David even covering for a sick colleague to keep the order on track - much appreciated guys!
