Expensive. Overcharged me for labor to find a service transmission light they claimed it took 2hrs to come on. Then wanted $7500 for a reman Allison 1000. I get my truck back bone dry and the light came on in 10 min just like it has for the last week. I took it to an ACTUAL Allison shop and it was a wiring harness issue $1500 (NOT the $7500 transmission that Holt was trying to make me get). Problem solved, the truck runs great. I paid Holt $660 to either get screwed or an uneducated guess. Oh and they claim they found metal shavings in the filter… RUN

Miss Debbie she’s the greatest plus everybody in the front desk by the part department also the service department I’ve been dealing with them for many years. Sometimes I had issues here and there but that can happen anyplace. I hardly recommended

If you have a warranty do your own due diligence and contact Cat on what that warranty is. They tell me something different from the time of purchase til the day a repair is needed. They warranty a front cover reseal for me and I wanted to replace the water pump as well. This jobs overlap labor hours. They charged me full labor on the water pump!! Every single time the truck is picked up there something not put back properly. I.E fender liner, intake clamps, broken accumulator bracket. Will travel an extra 30 minutes to the Fort Worth location next time.

Good for Cat products. Fair pricing. Original is the best way to go for Cat products. Others like High Tech are no comparison. Then you have to go buy original product and off brand.. Cause the off brand company won't give you your money back ,even when their part doesn't work.

I purchased an Interstate 40 DLA trailer from Holt Truck Center in Irving, Texas. I spent $2,500.00 on shipping to get the trailer to my location (that was expected). What I didn’t expect was to spend another $4,000.00 to modify the trailer. The jack that was mounted on the trailer was too close to the front hitch which caused the jack hit the bed of the truck on every turn. I did not receive a service manual upon delivery. The service manual would have let me know that there should have been two jacks mounted to the frame, not the tongue. The dealer did not offer any explanation except to say that I was the only one having this problem. I called the manufacturer who stated the same thing that was shown in the manual: A pair of jacks are mounted to the frame of the deck. I am not
