I found Summit truck group to have two completely different sides, where the people who work there constitute the sweet, honorable side; while the business entity and practices are simply a "Rip-off". I was truly amazed how they manage to turn a $500 job into $1,500? Based on my experience, avoid going there unless you have no other choice, I didn't have a choice this time, and even if one of my truck needed emergency work, I will surely go somewhere else. The two stars are for the sweet people of Oklahoma working there.

Brian and Tyler got my Allison transmission addressed quickly and had me on the road immediately. Everybody in the organization was very helpful, and the culture displays a 'customer for life' approach. I wish I could give ten stars, five is not enough. Thanks again, I will be back.

I stopped using this dealership back in Jan 2023 when. 2 day job took 12 and was blamed on the holidays. Gave them another chance a few months ago and was happy with their service. Now we are back to never again. 1 day off for Memorial Day and even though they had my truck 6 days before the day off we are now on day 13 of what should have been a 2 day job. We are a full week past the holiday and my truck still sits in a bay. I was told I could pick it up Saturday and couldn’t make it back before closing. It’s Monday morning. Why is my hood open and work mid stride if it was going to be complete Saturday. Update: there is nothing you can do short of paying me the 10k in lost revenue while you have had my truck.
