I love this place Holz. They are genuinely very courteous and tell you everything you need to know and more with whatever questions you have to ask. They answer you with the best quality insurance you deserve.

Holz was very easy and professional to deal with. The work was done in a timely manner and they kept me appraised through the whole process. My repaired vehicle looks like new. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work done.

Being a customer of Holz Motors, after an accident I chose them to repair my vehicle. Big mistake on my part! They damaged paint on another part of the car and did not fix it at all. They did not paint the parts to match the car. They are blaming insurance and did not follow through with things they said they would do afterwards. Just horrible customer service overall.

Disclaimer: Vehicle still at shop. I'll be sure to update after its completed. Truck was dropped off on 6/3/24 for repairs to dent, scuff, and cracked bumper. Required bed be taken off truck to repair and paint, no big deal. Initial estimate quoted ~week. Upon drop off they indicated same date. Hearing nothing end of day Friday I call Monday and even stopped in to be told vehicle was going to be needing another week. Find out from insurance agent they apparently found more damage than initially reported and thats why they needed it to stay another week (they never reported this). Call today, 6/13, seeing if it'll be ready tomorrow or possibly Monday to now be told it may be actually Tues or Wed as there's a paint problem. Beyond frustrated. Wouldn't recommend for body work.
