Homan Chevrolet Service

Thank you Deana for getting our Silverado in so quickly to get work done on it. Called and got it in the next day. Had to order a part, but gave us a rental to use in the mean time. Much appreciated to get back in our truck so quickly.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and asked that they check out a ticking noise. The recall was on the engine. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was told to pay the balance at the cashier. I mentioned this service was for a recall so there should be no balance. He said they charged me to check the engine noise I mentioned when I dropped off the vehicle. It would have been nice for them to explain there was an additional charge to check an engine noise.

I drove a thoroughly dirty car into Homan and came out with almost a brand new one. Exterior and interior well cleaned and sparkling. Nice job guys. I'm impressed. And the guest lounge is amazingly welcoming.

Very friendly staff and all around. Great service very efficient got the job done in a timely matter. Looking for great service go to Homan Chevy / GMC in Ripon they will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
