2.5 I came a month ago my review was not so good, and the Same stuff happen today. So I went back thru and Marissa took care of me the second time. Thank you very much. But the fact I had to go thru 2 times to get my car clean right is crazy.good thing I am not eating on my lunch break. If my car was done right the 1st time it would have been 5 stars.

They damaged my vehicle leaving a hose in the tunnel which I had to pay $1,200 out of my own pocket to fix because of their carelessness. I cancelled my subscription on the spot with the actual owner, Akbar, he was present the day of this incident and they’ve still been charging me for months now. They’re refusing to provide me a refund for the months they’ve charged me after dismantling my car. Please do not give these people your business I have to get a new card now because they won’t stop charging me. Below is a picture of how bad their hose damaged my car.
