We were in need of a small, immediate repair of a shroud underpiece that came loose as we were travelling from SW Wisconsin back home to Green Bay. We stopped here and Kyle was able to get our car up on a lift and fasten the piece securely and get us on our way within 15 minutes! Both the service manager and Kyle were polite, friendly and so accommodating. Highly recommend!

I had my Jeep JK Rubicon in to do maintenance, it was very reasonable and they got the work done quickly. Since the car is new to me, I asked to talk to the mechanic (Todd) and he was very helpful answering my questions. Great shop, polite and helpful staff.

Todd and the crew there do a great job. They have maintained my family’s “fleet” of cars keeping them going to reach 15 and 20 years out of them. Honest work at a fair price. They treat you like family not trying to upsell you on additional services and parts.

Hometown Auto is amazing. We’ve had several cars serviced there and have always had a great experience. Today they went above and beyond. I called today to make an appointment to get an alternator replaced. I fully expected to not get an appointment for at least a week or two cause they are always booked out. I was right. Made an appointment but Joe (I think that was his name) he said “if we get an opening I’ll give you a call”. By some miracle he called me back about 2 hours later and said “Can you bring it in this afternoon?” I dropped it off about 20 mins later and had the repair completed by 4:30. Cannot thank all of those guys enough!! Great service.
