On Friday the 13th of Feb of course, with plans to leave town the next morning Valentines Day and our 22nd Anniversary the spring on my garage door broke, so with a quick search I found Hometown Garage Door Service , called and expected an appointment after I got back, WELL the lady I spoke with said can have someone there between 11 and 1 and I was very pleased . Shortly after 11 Heath arrived [Tech Supreme IMO] I showed him what was going on he said ok will get at it. I went upstairs grabbed a sandwich had a cup of coffee thought better check how he is doing. I called Hometown and got an appointment for next day to adjust a loud and squeaky garage door. Sam arrived on time and after I showed him the problem, he went to work and quickly made the necessary adjustments. Sam was very thorough and I quickly realized I was talking to a very experienced professional. I would highly recommend calling these folks for any repairs.

I had an issue with my garage door not closing and contacted them this morning. I received an appointment that someone would be there between 12 and 2. Heath showed up a little and 12 and explained what the problem was. Issue required a new brace which he promptly installed. Everything was done to my satisfaction and no complaints. Heath was very friendly and should be commended.

I just had my tensioner spring replaced. And Heath did an excellent job. He was in and out and around 30 minutes or less. It was same day service too I called this morning at around 9:00 and they got here around 11:15 and was done before noon. I would highly recommend for all of your garage door needs.
