Hometown Laundry of Gladwin

Wow. So my family and I have been doing laundry here for years. Some new worker here decided to try to reprimand MY children claiming they were being disruptive. They weren’t. No adult will EVER speak to my children like that, nor should any adult address anyone else’s kids. You address the parent first, I thought any sensible person would’ve understood this. This worker used profanity around both my 4 and 2 year old inside the business. A couple who was in the place at the same time spoke up and told her the only person with a problem there was her. Absolutely unacceptable, and I have the video to prove it. My blood is boiling, it’s a good thing I wasn’t there and it was my girlfriend there with our kids…. Never again. Need to do laundry? Go to the one in Beaverton. Yuck….

This laundromat is very well kept. Very clean! It's quite a quiet environment except for the occasional noises from a small TV on the wall. The washers range from small ($3.50) to large ($8.00). The dryers are 25 cents for every 5 minutes. Great security cameras in place it seems. Right downtown. All n all a great place to do your laundry!

The place is clean but I would rather drive over to Beaverton and use their laundromat vs my own hometown because I can’t stand the cleaning lady . She parks directly in front of the door and is always smoking . She actually asked me to move my car once because I parked there so I wouldn’t have to haul my laundry so far and then she parked there . For the people who are using the laundromat for clothing it helps to park closer for someone who is only cleaning the place it’s ridiculous she parks right in front of the door . She brings her kid in and he runs rampant around driving his scooter/bike and not caring who he runs into . She locks one door all the time . I have parked in the back took my clothes into the washer walked out to sit in my car for 24 minutes while the washer runs and co

This place used to be neat, tidy and not an uncomfortable environment. The past couple of months, it has gone down hill. More than a quarter of the dryers don't work, several washers have signs that say they don't work, as well. Maybe if they focused their time and energy on repairing machines and less time on notes, the place would get more business. All the paper notes plastered everywhere makes it look so trashy. There are more rules of what you cannot do, verses what is available! Don't even get me started on the driveway. The pothole in the middle of it can damn near swallow a car! .Have more pride in the place!

Mostly broken & filthy machines. Change machine out of order, & very rude attendant (when she did finally show up). I'll never come here again. The Harrison laundry is SO much nicer!!!
