When he relocated from Richmond to Needville, we missed him, but once we found him again, we started bringing all our vehicles back. I purchased a battery a year ago and returned to have the battery replaced they were great! Filled my fluids in the vehicle, checked tires and oil. Who do you count on to service you vehicle if it’s not Hometown Auto you’re missing out!

Only in a small town can you find service like this. We are from MN on a road trip in our campervan with 2 dogs and noticed a flat on one of the back dually tires. We called and were told to come right away. We were all welcomed into their waiting room. The dogs curled up in their beds and chewed on their bones while I made myself comfortable in a chair to watch Friends on their TV, and my husband made himself a cup of coffee. Within an hour, we were on our way. Justin and Zack, you have a great staff. We appreciate how fast and friendly you all were.

Wonderful experience! As a service advisor for many years at a dealership, I was weary of going to a local shop but Hometown was as simple as simple gets. Clean waiting area, great snack and drink selection, and prompt service! I was in and out with enough time to get some food on my way back to work— which was a HUGE plus!

I recently went in to have my AC refrigerent evacuated and they took the car in with an hour left until closing and had it done the same day and stayed a little later so I could come pick it up. Theyre always very helpful and I will continue to return.
