I didn’t actually end up buying the car that I was searching for here, but I felt that I wanted and needed to leave a review anyway! A couple months ago I started searching for a particular car and Mike reached out. He diligently contacted me weekly with updates on what he had coming in. I finally let him know how much I appreciated his help and that I had found exactly what I wanted elsewhere…he went on to congratulate me on the new car! He showed extreme professionalism and courtesy…hard to find these days. I would recommend Mike at Hometown Toyota to anyone looking for a new car…you won’t be disappointed!
Bought a new Toyota from them. Very good experience. Will see how their service department is when I take it in later for 5k and 10k services.
