Needed some urgent repairs for the safety of my car, but also in order to gety emissions test and inspection completed. I appreciate being able to drop my car off the night before, and was kept well-informed throughout the inspection and assessment process, with the team clearly articulating (with pictures and videos) the issues they discovered. Ultimately the repairs were much cheaper than had I gone elsewhere. The courtesy van when dropping off my car was great also.

The Mechanics and Staff there are knowledgeable, Supportive and helpful. They don't try to up sale you nor do they recommend unnecessary work. They have a shuttle that can take you and bring you home. They don't keep much in stock so things will have to be ordered for your specific car.

Great services, customer services on point. Facility clean, waiting area on spacious. Everyone there was willing to explain my needs and recommend the best package for my vehicle. Also they have a shuttle that’s a plus. Great value on the oil change for a truck, and 4Runner that always takes more oil. My family and I we could not be more happy highly recommend these shop.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. HomeTowne Auto discovered an oil leak. They were able to speak with my warranty company and get everything covered and repaired. Their communication is fantastic (I deal with Liz, who is absolutely amazing!), keeping me informed all along the way of issues, repairs, costs, and timing. I would definitely recommend using them.
