I was in-and-out in an hour. I got my last free (under warranty) battery replacement, oil change, and tire rotation. Very happy customer!

Came in for an oil change at 330PM on Saturday 2/7. The service department closes at 5pm. I’ve had my car serviced here several times and let me be clear and honest the experience up until today was great. Friendly staff, usually come out to meet you at your car unless they’re all busy with clients then you walk in and they acknowledge you and let you know they’ll be with you i a moment. In the past I’ve booked appointments as well simply showed up and whatever service i wad getting done was done. Today i didn’t book an appointment because i simply wanted an oil change. I also need the current open recall on my 2020 accord addressed but was going to see if they had the part and when i could schedule an appointment. I dropped my car for transmission and brake fluid refills. Advisor Jack didn’t explain me the cost of the maintenance. I asked several times and finally he told me the cost $358 before tax. I asked for the discount he said that he will need to do some math that’s it. At the end of the service they send me the invoice with shop charges $53.83(nobody knows what is it for) which was never mentioned to me by Jack during the order. I am not the person who visit the dealer service all the time that’s why don’t have any clue about this charge. When I ask the Jack, he lied about that he mentioned it before which is so childish because he never did. I asked to talk to supervisor, nobody reached out. Excellent service! Jamari is an outstanding professional, attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything with patience, kept me updated during the process, and made sure my car was in perfect condition. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Connor was very helpful from the moment I walked into Honda Carland. He greeted me immediately, got my CRV checked in and called me an Uber since the service would take a few hours.
