I have been doing business with this honda dealer from the first day they bought it, over the years I have bought all my honda Gl1800 parts many tires, all my oil changes, they have alway been great to get my parts in and any service work I needed they have took care of it for me, I have had a great relationship with the front desk parts guy, he is the best. The other day I went in to get a rear tire for my friend's Gl1800 and some oil filters and oil, after talking with the front desks parts guy they didn't have the tire that he had ordered for me in the past but said he would try to get me one in we compared price for me to order it compared to his price I could get it alot cheaper so I ordered got it in took the new tire and wheel to them to mount and balance for me I was told to go bac

Sold me my sons first 4 wheeler for Christmas and it was such a smooth process and they keep up with you after the sell with amazing customer service . I felt very comfy buying from them and they were very honest and always willing to make sure I was totally happy .

Visited yesterday for warranty work. Found out I have a 3rd party warranty. Mechanic was very helpful. Would go back for future purchase if I ever buy again.

My uncle bought a new 500 Foreman in 2013, he was new to ATVs and they took time to answer all of his questions. I do my own repair work and every time I call with a question they help me find out the information I need.

I recently purchased through ebay honda GN4 motorcycle oil. It was advertised free shipping. When priority box arrived I was charged 29.11 postage due. Reason was that the box had been overfilled and required extra postage. I have tried contacting Harts through ebay message but have not received any reply. I definitely will not or recommend anyone doing business with them
