Steven in the service department said they will not honor my 100 month battery warranty because it came with the car when I bought and I didn’t pay for the battery separately. What the customer hears. “We won’t honor our warranty because we have zero integrity, zero honor, bad character, and we participate in unethical and immoral practices.) = We rob our customers. I bought a new battery for my Accord Hybrid in 2021 and they charged me under $200 total. This battery died this week, and it was supposedly still under warranty, so I went back to Honda of Clear Lake. They informed me that in the 4th year I was now in the prorated warranty period, and that I would need to pay all of the labor, and part of the price of the battery. Considering any decent auto parts store will replace a battery for free, this is silly, but the price was still going to be less than the price of O'Reilly's battery, so I agreed to pay $168. After about 90 minutes, they finally called my name. Again, changing a battery is basically no big deal. But they hadn't changed it. Brought my Odyssey in after warning lights came on. The service center told me I needed a $2,000+ front camera replacement. I declined, took the vehicle home, and was able to self-diagnose the real issue — a bad alternator. What are they charging diagnostic fees for if they can’t even figure out something this simple? Feels like a scam, and I won’t be returning.

Took my car in to get serviced. I had the best experience with Mrs. Kyra James at the service department. She took care of me very well and has great patience. Very courteous and polite. Just know we appreciate everything you’ve done. -Jimmy

The worst dealership! I was looking for a used van and found one! I asked the sales man if the vehicle came with the original key. He said yes. Perfect! Of course, I never saw the key until after I signed all the paperwork. When they laid the key in front of me, I assumed it was the original since that's what I was told, and I've never owned a toyota before, so I didn't know better. Horrible people work here that will lie just to get a sale. Btw I did come back after a while and spoke with a manager who pretty much said it's my word vs. his. At this time, I have a key that is not even cut. So this dealership screwed me over. How does a dealership not even get you a proper key for the vehicle you purchase. Never again!
