Made appointment for service. Brett greeted me in the driveway. Tires rotated. Found i had a broken splash guard…made appointment for repair next week. Excellent communication…everything done on time as promised…and very courteous treatment. Coffee maker was out of decaf. Need my coffee 🙂. Recommend this dealer and staff. Tj

Good service and amenities, but watch out for the upsell. The service here is quick and the staff is consistently courteous. The lounge is also a highlight—it's comfortable and the coffee machine is a great perk while you wait. However, the scheduling system is quite rigid; they won't accommodate extra requests outside your initial booking, yet they have no problem taking extra time to "recommend" $1,200 in additional parts and labor. I also noticed that the associates never mention available Honda coupons or discounts, so you have to be proactive about bringing those up yourself. You’re paying a "Honda premium" for certified service, which offers some peace of mind, but I suggest staying alert. Always so fast and responsive with updates. Also very honest and reasonable about pricing and how accurate with timelines about when my car will be finished. Love Aiden and Aeishka but all of the service advisors are great!

Making the appointment was easy. When I arrived for my appointment, Jimmy was quick to assist. When my car was ready, he informed me what the other Honda dealership did not complete (reason under my car was scrapping the ground) and made sure my car was fixed properly.

Honda of Denton provided a free inspection of my vehicle; then emailed me a detailed report of the areas that needed attention. They accepted my car into service the same day (Friday), and provided me a loaner car for the weekend. The service representative (Jimmy) was excellent and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The cost of repairs was slightly higher than what it would have been had I looked elsewhere, but the peace of mind, knowing that a Honda expert was servicing my vehicle, was worth the slightly higher cost. Overall, exceptional service. I highly recommend Honda of Denton. And specifically, Jimmy Deleon!
