Love my new car. Having never bought a car before the overall experience was more seamless and pleasant than I expected. Nick was amazing! They have a large waiting area with complimentary coffee and soda, a cafe with great food, clean restrooms, kids area, and plugs for devices while you wait. I’ve never written a review on a dealership purchase experience until today. Excellent job and big shoutout to Maryann! We did the credit app online and were in and out, including a trade-in vehicle, within 2 hours. Got a great deal on a new CRV and more for our trade-in than selling to Carvana. Our finance manager Manny was super cool, quick and knowledgeable on everything. Thank you to everyone who made the experience quick, transparent and painless. Also noteworthy, there was another couple we met who was purchasing a vehicle who also had great things to say about the team there at Honda Ft Worth verses a couple other dealers in the metroplex.

I had a great experience purchasing my used car, especially considering I was on a tight time crunch trying to get everything done before my kids got out of school. Maryanne was my salesperson and did as much as possible ahead of time before I even arrived, which made the signing process incredibly smooth and efficient. She had the keys ready to go exactly as promised. There was a low tire pressure light on when I picked up the vehicle. Maryanne said she’d had someone check it and was told the light would go off once I drove. Since this was a newer version of the vehicle I traded in, I knew that wasn’t likely the case - I don’t believe she was being dishonest, just given incorrect information.
