Honda of Olathe Parts Store

Stopped to get some parts was greeted at the door and three young lady walked me to the parts department. Walked the floor before I left and was checked on but not hassled. Awesome customer service will go back.

Guy running the store misplaced my parts, got annoyed. When I reminded him I got a 10% discount, promised by the dealership, he said I was already getting a discount. Not true, the MSRP was $69.00 and I can verify this with other Honda parts departments. Basically they don’t honor their promises. This is something small. I cannot trust them with something big. I regret my new car purchase now. Go somewhere else.

Jacob is a fantastic staff member, was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain the workings behind the parts I was asking about! Highly recommended!
