Alec Karpov was knowledgeable about all the models and helped me find the perfect Honda that fit my needs and budget. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and way less stressful than I expected. The finance team also explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my options. This is where I take my car to do the oil change and tire rotation because their advantage care deal is amazing. For three oil change and three tire rotation, it's a great deal. I mostly have good experience her but they sometimes spilled oil on my grill and didn't clean up, spilled oil under the hood and didn't clean up or forgot to put th cap back on the brake fluid. I always check under the hood before I leave the service center. My advisor I use were Howard, Lee Moss and now Gil Yee.
