New Honda Damaged During Service: No Resolution Yet! Brought my new 2025 Honda Odyssey to this dealership on January 21, 2026, for an oil leak and oil change. A technician caused damage to the passenger sliding door, rear wheel, and rear quarter panel while it was in their care. The Service Director acknowledged responsibility and arranged for body shop repairs, which I appreciated initially. However, the accident report, service timeline, and resolution has not been communicated to me. I sent a formal letter requesting resolution to this matter the day of the incident. No response after almost two weeks, and they are still holding my car as of today, February 2, 2026. Disappointing experience from a Honda dealer. Hoping for a quick resolution.

Got a key reprogrammed and battery fixed. Mr. Escobar was very professional. I love that we get videos explaining the issue. The mechanic was also very professional and nice. He explained why my battery keeps draining. I was wondering why every year I needed a new one. 🩷🩷🩷🩷😭😭😭😭
