Awesome service from the gentleman @ Honda of Stevens Creek! Sales manager Bryan Nguyen, Sales consultant Van Doan, and finance consultant Miles Galang were top tier! They made the buying process easy, got us the exact vehicle we wanted and helped assure us that the decision we made was the right one. I’ve never had a buying process go so smooth! Not once were we pressured or felt like we were being, “Sold” on a vehicle. All questions answered, all the features explained well and walked through till we understood, paperwork was clean and had no issues. Don’t hesitate to reach out! The one star is to get dealer attention. Seems to be only way to get action. Also to warn others. I was charged $269 for etching which I didn't want anyway but told it was option already done. Looked everywhere for etching and even brought car in and they said it hadn't been done. So, I replied I just want my $269 and forget the etching. Told they would but no communication since bringing in Feb 27th. Shout out to Salesperson David Ramirez and the managers for giving me a very fair deal. Best buying experience that I've had in many years. Great Dealership. Loving the new CRV.

Rate experience 15 on a 1-10 scale. Was not going to buy a car until next month. Drove out the lot with a brand new beautiful Honda sport hybrid accord. This is my FIRST brand new car after 30 years of used Hondas. Scott is heads and shoulders above any car salesman I’ve ever worked with. No pressure just awesome guidance to select the type of accord, the color, the features and the warranty. Jessie in contracts is awesome. I’m an accountant. This was not an impulsive purchase because I’m DELIBERATE & cautious. I have absolutely no buyers remorse. This car drives itself… The smoothest ride ever and I’ve driven some nice luxury sports cars of friends. What a great Christmas present to myself!

There’s not enough stars.. I had an amazing experience at Honda of Stevens Creek! Pedro in sales and Jesse in finance made the entire process fast, easy, and completely hassle-free. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible. Honestly, this was the smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I drive a 21' Type R and I really am picky who touches my car. After having a poor experience at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale, I decided to take a look at the Honda location at Stevens Creek. I was amazed at the high volume of intake they were receiving, the stock of cars they carried, and the overall quality of the facility. They sell numerous Type Rs and after speaking with an associate, I knew they were worth giving it a go. Took my Type R for her 30k service maintenance, they did brakes, transmission fluid, fuel injector cleaning, and an entire multipoint inspection with oil/filter change. The maintenance only took a little over 2 hours and Steve the service specialist kept me updated the entire way, with video and tech recommendations throughout. Would highly recommend going early
