Honda of the Ozarks

Great buying experience here. Drove from Oklahoma just to buy here because of reviews. They did not disappoint! The sales guys and service guys were awesome as well as the finance experience. If you're looking for a Honda product (and why wouldn't you be) this is the place to buy!

I want to extend a very special thank you to Honda of the ozarks for helping make my 6 year old daughters dream come true. There are two individuals in particular that made this process extra special. The sales lead, Nick Davis. He absolutely knocked this out of the park. My daughter revived her first starter electric dirt bike for Christmas. The battery lasted for a few weeks, and quit. Being post Christmas, everyone was out of kids 50cc dirt bikes. I mean everyone. Try explaining that to your let down 6 year old. Nobody wants to see their kid disappointed. I called 30 plus dealers across Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. None of them in stock, and every single place charged more than Honda of the ozarks. When we went to Honda, I won’t lie, we were looked over by other salesman. N

Very poor service. Bought a 2026 atv from them. Everything they said was nothing but lies. They install heated hand grips and it fell off and melt, wires hanging on the exhaust pipe. The 2500 lb winch wires are being smashed by the seat. Won't start it, it might catch fire. There service department won't answer the phone it goes to voice call were they call you back , good luck with that. Would not buy from them anymore its a very poor business. Recommend going somewhere else.

Would love to leave more stars. My 1st encounter with this dealership. My wife's family has been using for years with their race bikes. We brought in a 2017 Honda CR250R to have the forks rebuilt. We were quoted $280 to do this job. Long story short they misquoted a $426 job. With no explanation or change order notification. We were charged the $426. So they were called out on it and were able to replay the phone conversation (which is illegal without notification of being recorded) and we were to be credited the difference. Prior to this, the manager who went to retrieve my bike convinced me that the clutch was not functioning. So me being dumb & taking his word, I said dig into it and find out why. Man, I love the layout, the bikes were dreams and the cost. Lol. I was looking at a particular bike and I put money on it to hold until I ride off. Rich was cool and knowledgeable about the bikes. Very open. I will return soon.
