Honda Parts- McGrath City Honda

I’m afraid to say my experience was not what I expected. When I came in, the part needed to fix my problem was not in stock. I made an appointment for a time when the part would be there. The service department said when I came back it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix my car. I arrived at the appointment time, only to find out that the wrong part was ordered. They were able to find the part at another dealer and apologized that it would take more time to make the repair. Then about 2 1/2 hours went by with lots of laughing and loud music. I finally went to ask what was taking so long. My service agent looked shocked I was still there. They had not washed my car yet and when I asked them to do it, it was clear I was imposing on their fun. Anyway LOVE my Honda, but

I went with a tire issue they checked it out for me in no time and got me on my way within the hour. Even as they were mad busy they still made time to look my car over and made sure everything was safe for me to carry on with my safe travels.

Easily set up morning appointment, was offered a ride back to my house.. the service manager went over what needed to be done before work was started...its always a easy experience

Great service as always, Alfonso delivered the service he promised and explained everything before I signed off. This is the service center I'll always choose.
