I had taken my used Honda to get an inspection done on some noises I was hearing. Come to find out it was damage caused from car accident my vehicle was in. Terri " Mama T " Wilks had come around to check on us to see if there was anything she could help us with, and we had confided in her about our accident and how a repair may have been over looked. She had really tried her hardest to help us find a new car. But we were not financially prepared at the time due to that we are holding out to see if our Insurance may total my car. But, WOW. SERVICE. She had done an awesome job on getting us approved and looking for the right car for us. Believe me when we know what is going to happen with my car, we will be back to hook up onto that Beautiful new 2019 ( new to me) Honda Pilot Touring. Way
They need some updated phone numbers. I got my accord from them in 2018. They services were great until about 1 year go....Nobody knows anything and they send you around the world before you talk to the right person. The Customer service representative act as if they don't want to be at work. Before you can finish your question, they transfer you and it's the wrong department.
Had some issues with our used Honda. Mama T Wilks. Had introduced herself to my wife and I, we were hoping on to trade in our used Honda. But with the problems found due to an accident the vehicle was in and waiting to see if insurance company will total the vehicle. It just wasn't the right time to Buy for us. But with the great help from Mama T we will be back to see about getting ourselves into that nice new/ used Honda Pilot Touring.
John Chisolm sold me a 2020 Honda Accord with all the trimmings. I was very pleased with his knowledge of the car. He gave me time to select what I wanted. In the end, I was highly satisfied with my service. If you need a car, you should definitely let him work for you. Ask for John Chisolm.
Terri Mama T Wilks over at Freeway Honda helped my husband and I out. She was very nice and sweet. The customer service was great.
