Honda Service Center

The service department guys helping me were friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for a basic oil change but they also found an oil leak which they quickly fixed. Overall a good experience.

I am not sure how I feel about this place. I came in to do a differential servicing and transmission fluid change. They charged me almost $700. I got a 10% discount, however, when I went into pay because I'm paying with a credit card I had to pay $18, this is ridiculous and absurd.

I'll start by saying I had a much different experience a year ago. Team was pleasant and accommodating. I'm not sure what's happened between now and then, but they increased prices by 3x as much for a simple AC Diagnosis. What used to be around $200 is now $650! The real kicker: I called to some other local Honda dealers and got an AC Diagnosis cost of $175. Same exact day! Ourisman is clearly taking advantage of their customers. Not only that, but their system allows you to schedule Waiting appointments -- when they won't even be able to look at your car for a few days. I scheduled for 11AM Saturday and when I arrived I was told they wouldn't be able to look at my car until Tuesday. Really like this center compared to other honda service centers. The associates were very helpful and extremely thorough. Had gone a regular oil change, but they updated with me manufacture updates and completed the updates without me having to ask them. Will go back to this Laurel MD location again.

Rude, disrespectful. It’s just his attitude and tone. It appears that i didn’t accumulate enough mileage since my last service in April. I did receive notice to come in for evaluation. I needed fluids checked, brakes,etc. I needed reassurance that everything was in running condition. My car is 8 yrs old. He said I didn’t need anything. He put air in my tires, opened the door and literally escorted me out. I will find someone place else to service my car
