Honda Service Center

Went yesterday October 6th, for an oil change. Afterwards I got slapped with a tire alignment, cabin and engine filter heavily over priced and apparently my battery was in danger and needed a replacement again heavily overpriced. Sounded fishy, since my 2024 honda civic is new and barely had it for almost two years. So I decided to just do the alignment and the under shield repair. And took my car to multiple places to have a diagnostic on the battery, turns out my car battery is still healthy. Makes me wanna question the other services they slapped me with. Here are couple of the places I took my car including pep boys. Albert was the guy that attended me. I get it, times are tough. But this is crazy and outrageous.

I came in today with a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Shenti from the Red Team assisted me and told me they couldn’t perform the service unless I paid an extra $99. My car was already due and I arrived at the exact mileage they had previously recommended. She kept giving different explanations, and after speaking with her manager, it suddenly became “Honda rules.” I’ve lived in Maryland, Ohio, and Texas and never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointing.

Do not come here. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They are only trying to scam you and take your money. Everything feels dishonest, and they keep pushing extra charges instead of actually helping. If you go to Northside Honda, you will immediately see the difference. They actually take care of you, explain things clearly, and don’t try to charge you extra for no reason like this place does. I’m saying this based on my own personal experience. I’ve been to both. This location is truly a scam, and I strongly suggest you stay away.

Priced out repairs way higher than other dealerships in town. Overall, did not have a good feeling working with them.
