I had outstanding service provided by Jonathon, the service manager. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing less than amazing. The waiting room was nice as well. While waiting, big screen televisions and a nice selection of movies were provided. Highly recommend! Great job!!

From the moment I pulled in, I felt at ease. I usually get very nervous coming to places like this because I know there’s often pressure to sell extra services, but that wasn’t the case at all. Greg took the time to listen to my concerns, reviewed what I already knew was going on with my car, and provided excellent customer service. He was reassuring, patient, and made me feel confident that everything would be fine. My car was ready sooner than expected before the two-hour timeframe they gave me. Midlands Honda in Columbia,SC. The service department is unparalleled! Jonathan, the service manager, is accessible, efficient, nice, and understanding!!! Everyone who works there is super friendly! They take your car right away and bring it back washed! I love the voice video that send about what work is being completed. And they text you with updates. Amazing service department!!! I drive 2hours to get my car serviced by them!

We just purchased a 2026 Honda Pilot EXL just a few days ago, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! We come from a Toyota family and decide to look into Honda as from online it seem to us that Honda had way more features that were standard and the safety ratings were amazing! From the first time going to the dealership it was easy and the sales rep(forrest) knew the product inside and out! Even the finance manager (cluade) was amazing and worked with us to get into our new car! Now just owning this car just a little over a week we can easily say that Honda is going to be our main brand that we are going to purchase all our vehicles from!
