The quality of the work they do is great HOWEVER be very wary if you don't know much about cars as they will recommend you pay for services that you don't necessarily need and will take you to the cleaners/pound town for every possible thing they can squeeze out of you. Im sure their advisors are trained to do this but I cant imagine how many young women or elderly people they've taken advantage of. I wont be taking my vehicle here for any more future visits
I’ve had several interactions with the service department at Dick Hannah Honda, and the staff is consistently a master class in professional service. It is genuinely refreshing to work with a team that is so communicative and respectful. Because of that trust, they were my first call when my 2018 Accord’s trunk latch failed. I arrived knowing exactly what the problem was and described it in detail, yet I was still charged a $215 diagnostic fee just to confirm my own report. I moved forward with the repair because I was already committed to that initial cost, but the final bill of nearly $750 for a mechanical latch and striker was a shock. Wow - We highly recommend Dick Hannah auto service and repair team. My mom had an engine light on and it there was a potential warranty in in place for a fuel injector replacement. We spoke with Tyler who helped us set an appointment for a Diagnostic. We were assigned Che as our tech, who was on time and explained the process.As indicated, he called us in about 3-4 hours with an update. Good news we were covered under warranty. The tech also identified a few other service issues which had not been done and we opted to proceed. We approved the work by text and the team proceeded with getting to work. The staff here not only “believe in nice” they deliver😀 we arrived in Portland from La Grande with 2 warning lights appearing on our dash. The staff,Che, the service manager was able to work us in and complete extensive maintenance the same day so our car was available for our return to La Grande.the next day. Che arranged for a rental “loaner” car for us to complete our errands in Portland while the care was repaired. Amazing service. Delightful staff. THANKYOU
I recently went in to Dick Hannah Honda to inquire about using my peace of mind warranty, which I was 80 miles away from it expiring(I live 37 miles away) and was satisfied with the help and solution Austin Bishop was able to provide me with. As a young lady that sometimes finds it hard to navigate through car related issues, especially at car dealerships, I found Austin was helpful and transparent with my situation without the inconvenience of any technical jargon. As a person who enjoys making an effort to find solutions to problems, I was pleasantly satisfied with the service Austin provided.
