Honda Service

The worsted experience i have ever had i will not be returning. I purchased my car at honda Fairfield so i contunue to come back. Have always thought your service was exceptional. Todays experience has changed my mind. No personal touch any longer. Was told car would be done in 1 hour but took over 2 hours. Then tech took off with my car for another 15 minutes. I am very disapointed in this place for the first time i. Approximately 10 years. I purchased a new honda here but husband did not like it so we traded in on a pre owned Ford. Still always loved the service until today. Will not be back and i will spread the word of my disappointment. What a shame that this business has taken a turn that it has. Pride in guality work gone.
