Honda Service

Had an appointment at 11:15am to have 4 new tires put on my car. I was at the service department waiting until 2:40pm…and NOTHING had been done to my car yet. So, 3 and a half hours isn’t enough time to get new tires?! And that isn’t even including the alignment because their alignment machine wasn’t currently working. My car was parked and not even brought into the bay yet. Why?!!! I had to leave because I had a prior engagement. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 and a half hours and not a thing was completed. This service center does not value their customer’s time. I took my vehicle here for an oil change prior, and it also took hours. I’m done with this place, I’m taking my $850 service somewhere else. Very untrained service personnel. Tried to convince me that people change all four tires every 12,000 miles. Feels like the salesmen would be more honest.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SERVICE!! If you're going to open your Service Department at 7:00 a.m., then have enough people to answer the damn phones at 7:00 a.m.!!! I called four times trying to reschedule a service appointment and I was told to hold while he tended to people in person over a half hour period. After telling him that I had already called and been told to hold and hold, he transfers me to a number that no one ever answered!!!!!!!! I then called again and again and it rang so much that it went to a voicemail that says "sorry your call can't be completed". WTH!!

I had to bring my vehicle in due to a safety recall (turns out my vehicle actually had 3. Oops!). I set my expectations low due to the horror stories I'd heard from friends at other dealerships. And oh how my expectations were proven wrong! My service advisor was Anthony who provided the platinum standard for customer service and made sure that all my questions were answered. Not only was I able to be checked in early, but my car was serviced quickly and they even threw in a complimentary car wash! I highly recommend.
