Samantha Fernandez at the Service Department of Brickell Honda is truly outstanding. From start to finish, she demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her honesty—she never tried to upsell me on items or services I didn’t need, which is rare. She is always on top of her work and goes above and beyond, even making herself available to help on her days off. Her excellent product knowledge and genuine willingness to help is amazing.

This is the last time I service my car here. I leased 3 cars so I always came here for service. Now I purchased my vehicle and came for oil change. The vendors just try to get the most out of you, I was with Miguel Diaz and he gave me no choice but doing the 15k miles service. He told me the car was asking for it so I had to do it in order to to clear service light. Since this is now my car and I want to take care of it, I agreed (although he really put it in a way that I had no choice) the service was fast, faster than when I do only oil change. My bill was $438 to change oil, filters and rotation. Half of the bill is labor charges, $200 for 1h30 service. My rear left tire has a plug and sometimes leaks, a couple of weeks after my service it leaked meaning THEY DID NOT do any rotation tha

I bought a Honda Civic Touring from Brickell Honda. I want to commend Daniel Herrera for making my buying experience an easy and enjoyable experience. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of. I would recommend anyone buying a new car to buy it from Daniel. I also want to thank Stephen Medina for his friendliness and kindness and making my purchase happen !!!!!! I’d buy a new car again from both a these gentlemen in the future.

I had a very frustrating experience here. They quoted me $1,732 just to replace my starter, which is extremely unreasonable compared to other shops. When I tried to ask questions about the pricing, the representative, John Diaz, acted annoyed and bothered, making the whole interaction uncomfortable. I left feeling very unsatisfied and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. There are plenty of shops that offer fair pricing and treat customers with respect — this was not one of them. The shop I ended up going with charged me $330 to replace with 1 year warranty.

Orlando Nova fixed my headlight on the spot without even checking me in. This was later on in the day close to closing and still welcoming and professional. Previously have done maintenance here and great experience each time.
