Honda Service

Service team seems fairly knowledgeable however my biggest beef with this location is the constant "up-sell" for services that you do not need. I literally had to bring my brand new car in the day after I purchased it for them to fix a piece of door trim (factory defect). They insisted I go through the sequence of checking my lights, horn, wipers, etc and the tech said "you might need new wipers soon". My response was simple "I'll just hand my keys back now and cancel my payment. Seriously, he thought I needed new wipers on a car with 26km on it.

Bullshit service I called I booked appointment and I told them over the phone. I need a ride back to my work and they told me yes we will help you after I came over. They told me you live too far. We can’t give you a ride. It’s so bullshit.

Did not find person at reception on July 27th 2022 at 4pm polite or helpful in any way . He did not listen to provide solution but heard just to give an answer ‘ I don’t make rules’ .

The team is very friendly, Had an issue with Cabin Filter today, and Aaron assisted timely.
