I ordered some simple Honda parts and they were delivered by FedEx to a broken lock box. I didn't get notification of the delivery since the box was broken (FedEx was aware of this) and by the time I checked the box it was already stolen. This is isn't Honda Connection's fault however they needed to call and work with FedEx on a solution. Honda Connection hasn't responded to my emails or calls about rectifying this with FedEx, thus they have essentially robbed me. Apply accordingly to your order.

The website was easy to search for the Honda Odyssey side mirror replacement parts I needed, prices were competitive (way cheaper than a dealer's parts + labor), and the parts arrived quickly in just a few days.

We purchased a backup camera for my son’s Honda. The part we received was the wrong one. We lost the “original packaging” and they won’t exchange it or refund it. We ate a $200 part! What a crappy business. Will never use them again obviously. Recommend NO ONE order from them. Just look at their other negative reviews.

I called few times and emailed after ordering parts for CR-V, no response. Some of the items are not OEM parts. Just printed the labels and stick on the cover. There no where’s says Honda other than duplicate sticker.

Ordered part. Then they completely ghosted me. Unable to get any further correspondence with them in any way. Complete waste of my time.
