Review for Honest one Auto Care, Blaine, MN On December 11, 2024, I brought my 2014 GMC Terrain to Honest Auto Care due to concerns about the heater and airflow. The technician diagnosed the issue as needing a general HVAC temperature door service and charged me $2,515.78 (Invoice #63359). Unfortunately, I noticed right away that after this service, the heater still did not work properly. When I returned to address the unresolved issue on 03/19/2025, I was informed that a new problem had arisen, which they identified as a faulty water pump. This led to a second charge of $1,270.43 (Invoice #63992). Despite the additional repairs, the heater issue remains unaddressed, leaving me dissatisfied with the service provided. Needed to get my wheel bearing replaced, not only was the quote less than I expected, I was able to get in same day. They also let me use a loaner car for the couple of hours they had my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend honest-1 to anyone. Thank you!

The team at Honest 1 Autocare has done extensive work on my old Jeep. They have always done work on it. I can trust. This has been especially important while working through a dragged out divorce process I have had to navigate, and it isn’t wise to look at replacing my vehicle.

My tire was going flat on my way home from work after running over something on HWY 10. This was the closest tire location I could find. I stopped in close to 4 (they close at 5), they were able to get my tire fixed before they closed, which was so amazing considering I dropped in unplanned. Friendly staff and great service.
