They always treat me well and take good care of my car. I don't trust any other mechanic. I've gone plenty of times for a lot of different reasons; oil changes, transmission fixes, brake changes, AN ENGINE MOUNT REPLACEMENT, and they keep me informed of all the potential and future issues that I'll need to keep an eye on. They also send me emails with this information so they aren't just calling you if they don't currently have your vehicle! I've not found any other shop like this one and will continue to go back to them as long as I am able to.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Honest-1 for years for all of our repair and maintenance needs. They have been very friendly, helpful, and reliable. Most importantly to me, Tracy and his team have always showed integrity. They will have honest conversations about what repairs are necessary and which ones can be put off to make costs more palatable. Even since we've moved much further from their location, we are still loyal customers. They've earned our trust.

Tracey, Joel and the techs here are great. Was a 40-year customer of Sun Devil Auto. No more. This summer Sun Devil missed diagnosed our 2010 Sonata which would start and then immediately die. They replaced the fuel pump for $1,500, which did not resolve the issue. Took it back to Sun Devil and they did a throttle body cleaning for another $300 bones that was ineffective. Took it in to Honest 1. Within a couple hours they diagnosed the issue as a failed engine control unit. Once that was replaced the car runs great. Sun Devil also misdiagnosed our 2017 Elantra misfire, replacing the spark plugs for $470 when the problem was the ignition coils. So Sun Devil has ripped us off for $2,270 in unnecessary repairs.
