I’ve been a customer of Honest-1 Auto Care in Roswell for almost a year, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Their customer service is top-notch — always responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. I live over an hour away but work in town, and they always do a great job scheduling things so repairs can be completed in one day whenever possible. Honest -1 is an exceptional business. They have well trained experienced mechanics. They are customer centric. They have done extensive work maintaining mine and my wife’s vehicles, even to the point of installing a new engine. Their General Manager Chuck is awesome! My husband brought our vehicle in for brakes and an engine oil leak. When he picked up the car, he was told by his consultant Conrad, that we should have someone take a look at the hood latch. He immediately explained that this has been an issue for years and that the hood is very difficult to open, not something that suddenly fails or flies open on its own. After leaving their shop, he went directly to pick up our children from school. As he pulled out of the school onto South Main, the hood flew open, slammed into the windshield, and completely blocked his vision. Our children were terrified.
