Honest Mechanix Auto Repair

I have recently "converted" to Honest Mechanix after 20+ years with another repair shop. While I wasn't necessarily unhappy with my experience at the other facility, I felt that in recent times they underdelivered compared to previously and seemed disinterested when my concerns were brought to their attention. Hence my decision to "dip my toe" in the water elsewhere. My experience to date has been very positive. Not only do they deliver on time and at a fair price. As importantly, when a small mis-step occurred at his shop, Doug proactively contacted me to advise of their mistake and, without hesitation, offered to arrange get it resolved. Bottom line is that they practice what they preach with fairness and honesty the cornerstones of their approach to customer service. Well done Do

Really good experience. Called for an inspection and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Was greeted and took care of from who I believe was the owner Douglas. Really good and fast service was in and out.

I love this shop, I’ve been coming here for years for maintenance on my car. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable! There’s always a friendly voice on the phone whenever I call. I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need, the prices are reasonable. It truly lives up to its name. The inside waiting area is clean and welcoming. Overall a really well-run business that the Pawtucket community is very lucky to have.

My experience here was good. Went in for an inspection and was in and out very fast! I don’t remember his name but the man at the front desk was very nice.

Top notch service so friendly and accommodating! I have had several issues where they helped me out the same day. I had some challenging issues also and they really worked hard to help solve the issue. Highly recommend! The name says it all!
