First time here and I will be back. Kevin Duncan took great care of me and my long list of work needed. He was upfront about everything I wanted, he didn't try to sell me work I didn't need. He is extemely knowledgable and the team was great. Very pleased with the whole experience, and would highly recommend them.

Scheduling my oil change online was simple and I received an immediate confirmation. I chose to wait for my car. The check in was pleasurable and the check out process with a complete explanation of the inspection results and service performed was concise yet thorough. I was was completed before promised. Great service. I will be using them to do upcoming services.

The name says it all. During my first interaction with them, I had steam coming out from under the hood of my car and thought it was an emergency. They refilled a fluid to solve the problem and DID NOT CHARGE ME. I feel like this level of service in this industry is unheard of. I came back to them when I needed a new set of tires and while I was ready to buy the same original tire, they informed me of a comparable tire that was half the price and also great quality. I came to them again when I had a malfunctioning sensor with front end damage and they honestly advised that while they could fix the sensor, they don’t do cosmetic work and I might be better off going somewhere where they could handle everything. I’ve worked with this specific Honest1 Auto Care multiple times now, and every time I am impressed with the professionalism. Specifically Kevin, he is very knowledgeable and personable making the initial appointment setting - to handing over my keys after service hassle free and smooth.
