Ralph and his team have always taken great care of me, especially when it comes to my European car—my Volkswagen Beetle. I brought it to him because I knew he would shoot me straight. He mentioned that down the road I might have a timing chain issue and hoped he was wrong. Turns out, he was right about the possible issue-but he took amazing care of it. These guys are honest, patient, and always take the time to explain everything. It’s important to have people you trust with your car! Thank you for taking care of my beauty!

Sarah and crew were very friendly and super helpful. I went in with a check engine light and they tracked down what was causing the issue and explained everything very well with pictures and video and gave me a comprehensive report. They also had a shuttle service so I didn't have to find a ride home or a ride back. Paying for repairs never feels "great", but the cost was about what I expected to pay. Also, I really like that they have a parking lot and a nice lobby, so it's really easy to park your car and go in without creeping around somebody's garage.

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop. Ralph, the owner, is great to work with — honest, fair, and someone who truly stands behind his shop’s work. That tone carries all the way through the place. His front desk staff is always helpful and personable, which makes the whole experience smooth from the moment you walk in or call. They’ve consistently proven to be trustworthy, clear, and committed to doing quality work — no runaround, no upselling, just straight answers and solid repairs. It’s refreshing to find a shop that still does business the right way year over yeaar. I highly recommend them.

If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give Honest 1. I've never dealt with such knowledgeable and caring service providers. They went way above and beyond! They answered any and all my questions in a way I could understand for a complicated situation. Travis and team- you are top notch!

Took my Car because dealership was doubling price of repair of same issue so I took it to honest 1 and it cost me nothing. Instead they diagnosed ŵhat was truly the issue which was an oil filter. They listed everything my car would need and nothing more. I am so glad I took it to them verses taking it back to Dodge Patterson and pay $1100 for another knock sensor. Outrageous that the professionals couldn't diagnose the correct problem.
