My friend told me about Honesty Automotive, that he has been using their services for 16+years so I figured that's about the best reference you can get... I figured right! I'm 100% comfortable bringing my only transportation here after my first experience. They deliver what they promise in a timely manner. I had a major problem that is gone now thanks to Javier and his crew! Javier actually went above and beyond at the last minute, even though he had so many jobs lined up, all over the lot! I had one more problem that they were able to solve in less than an hour, wow! I'm so grateful I finally found a good shop 🙏 Thanks to all of the crew!

Passing through town, I got an engine light and asked a local who he trusted. The folks got me right in and gave me an honest, no pun, look. Said it had an issue, but I could continue my trip. No one tried to upsell me or gouge. Pretty good for this day and age.

I recently took my car in to get the control arms, ball joints, and outer tie rods replaced and overall I received great customer service by Javier and the crew. Pricing was in the range I expected. They didn't hesitate to inspect my car a second time at no cost since I noticed a slight shaking of the steering wheel. I greatly appreciated their recommendation to get my tires rebalanced as this solved the shaking issue. If possible, call a few days in advance to schedule an appointment since they tend to be busy.
