The owner Kalani went the extra mile to assist and lend a helping hand with my stalled vehicle. As I entered his shop I was impressed by the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the buiness. I am giving Honolulu Auto works a five stars. Because I went in learning more about how it is important to do regular maintenance service on your own vehicle. I went in to have Honolulu Auto Works for repairs for my mother’s vehicle’s. I was satisfied with Honolulu Auto Works for helping us understand things with routine maintenance procedures is important. And proper way in identifying, when we have a check engine light on. I am not a mechanic, I only know certain check engine lights, like oil, engine light, breaks, there are many other engine check lights that I’m not familiar with so I take a photo. I put in or an appointment online on their website and Kalani called me back within 30 minutes. I was hoping they could help us but after some discussion it turns out they can't. But, Kalani was very thorough in explaining why they would not be able to because our van had after factory parts and he wouldn't be able to get the parts for us. Gave me some suggestions trying to help out. Thanks.
