Please do not take your car there for repairs. I hit a deer. The deer went under my car. Took my car to hood brothers for repairs. They only repaired the cosmetic parts of my car. He ripped the under carriage off did not replace it. I had to take my car back for that . Took it back again because I told him it needed an alignment. He got in my car and swore to me that it didn’t need an alignment but charged my insurance company for it anyways. 7 months later I have two bald tires and have alignment issues in the rear and Glen chooses to tell my insurance agent that too much time has lapsed to say it’s from the accident. In & out in less than 4hrs got me in the car I wanted helped me cut the best deals & most of all provided a car for my children !!!!!! Great place great people. Honest and upfront kind of unheard of in these times we live in. Back to add to my review... transmission went out in the vehicle we bought, Glenn was quick to have it fixed. I agreed to drop it off at his and my preferred transmission shop. It was replaced, road tested, and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. Thanks again Glenn and staff of hood brothers. I will try my best to send more business your way.

The receptionist there has the worst attitude there, she’s the face of the company anytime anyone calls or walks in, really need to look into that
